With 25 years in his specialized practice Phil has represented small, large and multi-state corporations, family owned businesses and individuals throughout the Audit and Appeal process at the State and Federal level.  He works to provide consultation, representation and resolution to a wide range of tax issues brought before various taxing authorities.  Prior to starting his own firm, Phil spent 16 years at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue where he was the Chief of Audit Policies and Procedures and Chief of the Abatement Bureau.  As a sought-after speaker Phil has presented various programs throughout the New England Region on Massachusetts and Federal Tax issues including the MSCPA, the UMass Tax School, Salem State College, Stonehill College, NBI, Connecticut CPA Society and many others.
